More than 8 in your group? Is our calendar booked for your preferred dates?

Give us a call as I have another house less than 1 mile away which can also accommodate 8 and is configured virtually identical as ours. They also offer the same golf centric amenities such as 4 master suites each with 2 queen beds, billiard room, putting green, flat screen TV's throughout, leather couches and firepit/fireplace!

What is required to reserve dates?

We collect 50% payment on the day you make your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Can you “hold” dates for me while I organize my group?

We understand how difficult it is to organize a trip with a large group. However, because we receive so many inquiries for specific dates, the only way to “hold” dates is to make a 50% payment.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. You can book online or provide credit card information over the phone.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to arrival and incur no penalty. We will refund 97% of the initial payment (the credit card processing company keeps 3%). Once you make your final payment, your reservation can’t be canceled. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance if you would like protection against something unexpected.

How do we gain access to the home?

Our home has a keyless entry system for your convenience. There is a keypad installed on the front door that requires a code to enter. Simply enter the code that is provided to you in the confirmation document and turn the deadbolt to lock/unlock.

What do I need to bring?

Our home is well equipped for most of your needs. Bath linens, soaps, shampoo and toilet paper are all provided. The kitchen contains pots, pans, dishes, plates, drinking glasses, utensils…etc. Basic items like salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, paper towels and sugar are also included. There is plenty of fresh ground, locally roasted coffee and Nespresso espresso pods. There are plenty of laundry pods and dishwasher pods, aswell. 

Can you recommend a caddie or restaurant?

Sure! Give me a call at 631-796-5805 and I'll let you know about the best places to eat in the area, including at Bandon Dunes and in our own backyard!! As for caddies, I highly recommend you call Sara Jo Royalty at 541-252-1188 as she has been on my bag for many years and is one of the senior caddies at the resort. She'll also be able to suggest other caddies for the rest of your group.

How do we book tee-times?

Our guests ARE ALLOWED to make advanced tee time reservations! However, please become familiar with the Bandon Dunes tee time policies before booking and call golf reservations at 1-800-742-0172. 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am. Our cleaning team has only four hours to prepare the entire home for each group of guests. Please help us provide excellent customer service by respecting our check-in and check-out times.

How do I check-out?

There is no formal check-out procedure. We ask that you gather used linens, place all trash in bags, load and start the dishwasher before you leave and lock all windows and doors before you leave. 

Does your home have Wi-Fi?

Yes, our home has wireless internet access that is password protected. Please refer to the black binder in the dining area to find the password to be used during your stay. 

How close is your home to the golf course?

We are blessed to have a beautiful, private acre of land just two-tenths of a mile from "Old McDonald", the newest Bandon Dunes golf course. The house is less than one mile to an incredible beach and two miles from the Bandon Dunes gate.

Do you allow pets in your home?

We love animals and have pets of our own, but we do not allow pets in our vacation rental homes.

Can I smoke in your home?

There is no smoking inside of our homes, but we do provide outside smoking areas with ashtrays.
